The short answer

Kadlah Free gives you one lifetime allocation for one digital wedding invitation when Free access is enabled. You can choose an available published Free design, add your event details, itinerary, map links and RSVP, then share one public invitation link. The Free design is fixed when the invitation is created, and publishing locks the invitation details.

What a Free invitation includes

A Free Kadlah invitation is a mobile-friendly page for one event. It brings together the couple names, event date, time, venue, itinerary, Google Maps or Waze directions, contact actions and a public link that you can share through WhatsApp.

RSVP tracking is included so you can collect attendance responses in the portal. The form accepts up to 5 pax per response, and one invitation can store up to 500 responses. Use the fields that match your guest-list process instead of asking for information you will not use.

  • One invitation for one event
  • An available published Free design
  • Mobile invitation content and a shareable public URL
  • RSVP, itinerary, Google Maps and Waze links

Understand the lifetime Free allowance

The Free allowance is tied to your account for its lifetime, not to a monthly subscription period. The current allowance shown on Kadlah is the source of truth. Deleting a Free invitation does not restore the allocation, so review the design and event details before you create it.

A Free invitation is intended for one event. If you need another separate invitation after using the allowance, check the current Premium option and its one-payment, one-invitation rules rather than assuming that a deleted invitation can be reused.

Choose the Free design before creating the invitation

Browse the published collection and open the design preview on a phone before you start. Compare the first screen, text contrast, event hierarchy and guest actions. A Free invitation keeps the design selected at creation; it cannot switch to another design later.

Premium has a different design rule: while the invitation is still a draft, Premium customers can switch to another eligible published Free or Premium design. This distinction is why it is worth deciding which Free design fits your event before using the lifetime allocation.

Review every guest action before publishing

Check the names, event label, date, day, time, venue, itinerary and contact numbers against the latest confirmed information. Open Google Maps and Waze from a phone, submit a test RSVP and ask another person to find the key details without help.

Publishing is the final point for edits. After publication, the design and invitation details are locked. If a major venue or timing change happens later, keep the public link as the reference and contact affected guests directly.

Start with a Free invitation

Open the templates page, filter for Free designs and choose a layout that gives your guests a clear path from greeting to RSVP. Sign in or create an account when prompted, then complete the required details before sharing the public URL.

Free is a useful way to test the Kadlah workflow for one event. If you need Premium designs, draft-time design switching, supported custom artwork or a Premium-only PDF download, compare the current Premium plan before you publish.
