What Free and Premium include, how editing works, and what happens after you publish.

What is included in a Kadlah digital wedding invitation?

Each invitation includes a mobile-friendly invitation page, RSVP tracking, atur cara, Google Maps and Waze links, and sharing through a public link.

What is the difference between Free and Premium?

Free invitations use published Free designs and consume the lifetime Free allowance on your account. A Premium purchase creates one invitation that can use any published Free or Premium design.

Can I change the design?

Yes. While editing is available, a Free invitation can switch to another published Free design and a Premium invitation can switch to any published Free or Premium design. Your entered invitation content stays in place.

Can I upload my own design?

Premium customers can upload PNG artwork up to 500 KB for the main and message backgrounds inside an existing Kadlah invitation layout. Kadlah does not currently accept complete custom template uploads.

How does payment work?

Premium is a one-time MYR payment for one invitation and one event. Live payments are completed through CHIP Collect. It is not a subscription.

Can I reuse an invitation for another event?

No. Each Free allocation or Premium purchase is for one invitation and one event. Deleting an invitation does not restore the Free allocation or create a replacement Premium entitlement.

How long can I edit my invitation?

Your portal displays the current editing rule and any applicable deadline. If a deadline is enabled, the invitation becomes read-only afterward while its public link remains viewable.

How do guests RSVP?

Guests open the shared invitation link and submit their attendance response. You can review responses and guest counts in your customer portal.
