Kadlah

Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Kadlah, a digital invitation platform operated by Tru 360 Solutions (AS0515710K), Malaysia (“Kadlah”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a template, or using a public invitation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

Kadlah lets you create, customise, publish, and share digital invitations and collect RSVP responses. Templates, editing tools, hosting, RSVP functionality, and limits may vary by plan. Published invitations may remain viewable to guests while your account and the service are available.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification and may suspend access to protect users or the service.

3. Free and premium cards

Free cards are subject to a lifetime allocation quota per account and eligible templates/settings. Deleting a free card does not restore that allocation. Premium cards are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. We may change future plan features or limits, but this does not change a paid order already accepted.

4. Orders, payment, and refunds

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. CHIP Collect processes live payments; Kadlah does not store full card or banking credentials. Local or staging demo payments are clearly labelled and are not real charges. Digital products are generally non-refundable after access is supplied, except where required by applicable law or where we agree to remedy a verified technical failure. Contact [email protected] promptly with order details if there is a problem.

5. Your content and public invitations

You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host, reproduce, and display it only to operate Kadlah. You are responsible for names, dates, venue details, photographs, RSVP data, and permissions for content or personal information you publish. Do not publish unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unsolicited material.

6. Freeze, deletion, and termination

Customer editing and publishing may be frozen after the configured deadline, including a safe creation-date fallback when event dates are missing or invalid. A frozen invitation can remain publicly viewable. Administrators may perform separate maintenance. You may delete your account through settings; deletion is subject to backups, legal retention, dispute handling, and records needed to prevent fraud.

7. Acceptable use

Do not bypass quotas, create accounts to abuse free allocations, scrape or probe other users’ data, interfere with security, reverse engineer the service, upload malware, or use Kadlah for spam or phishing. We may rate-limit, remove content, or suspend accounts for suspected abuse.

8. Third-party services and availability

Supabase, Vercel, Resend, CHIP, Upstash, and other providers support hosting, storage, email, payments, and abuse controls. Their availability and terms may apply separately. We work to keep Kadlah reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service or preservation of every draft.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Kadlah is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party actions, user content, or downtime. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will post the current version here or notify account holders of material changes. Malaysian law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers.

11. Contact

Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected] or through our Contact Us page.
