These Terms govern your use of Kadlah, a digital invitation platform operated by Tru 360 Solutions (AS0515710K), Malaysia ("Kadlah", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a template, or using a public invitation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
Kadlah lets you create, customise, publish, and share digital invitations and collect RSVP responses. Templates, editing tools, hosting, RSVP functionality, and limits may vary by plan. Published invitations may remain viewable to guests while your account and the service are available.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification; accounts that remain unverified beyond the stated retention window and have no orders or invitations may be removed. We may also suspend access to protect users or the service.
3. Free and Premium invitations
Free invitations are limited to 6 free designs. Free invitations are subject to the lifetime allocation quota shown in your account. Deleting one does not restore that allocation. Before publishing, Premium invitations may choose any published Free design and more than 70 premium designs. A Free invitation is tied to the design selected when it is created. A Premium invitation may switch to any available published Free or Premium design while it remains a draft.
Each Free allocation or Premium purchase creates one invitation for one event and may not be reused for another event. A Premium invitation is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Deleting an invitation does not restore its Free allocation or create a replacement Premium entitlement. Creating another Premium invitation requires a separate purchase.
Premium customers may use supported custom artwork for the main and message backgrounds inside an existing Kadlah invitation layout. This does not include uploading or creating a complete custom template or layout; full templates are managed by Kadlah. Current file requirements and limits are shown in the customer portal. Published design availability may change for future selections, but this does not change a paid order already accepted.
4. Orders, payment, and refunds
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. CHIP Collect processes live payments; Kadlah does not store full card or banking credentials. Local or staging demo payments are clearly labelled and are not real charges. Digital products are generally non-refundable after access is supplied, except where required by applicable law or where we agree to remedy a verified technical failure. Contact [email protected] promptly with order details if there is a problem.
5. Your content and public invitations
You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host, reproduce, and display it only to operate Kadlah. You are responsible for names, dates, venue details, photographs, RSVP data, and permissions for content or personal information you publish. Do not publish unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unsolicited material.
6. Freeze, deletion, and termination
Current editing rule: Edit your draft until you publish. Publishing permanently locks the design and details. Publishing is final at the customer boundary: the invitation cannot be edited, switched to another design, or unpublished afterward. A Premium purchase remains attached to that one invitation and does not create a second invitation entitlement. If deadline enforcement is enabled, missing or invalid event dates use a safe creation-date fallback. Administrators may perform separate maintenance. You may delete your account through settings; deletion is subject to backups, legal retention, dispute handling, and records needed to prevent fraud. To protect the lifetime Free allocation rule, Kadlah may retain a keyed abuse-prevention record derived from a verified email after account deletion. It cannot be used to recover the original email.
7. Acceptable use
Do not bypass quotas, create accounts to abuse free allocations, scrape or probe other users' data, interfere with security, reverse engineer the service, upload malware, or use Kadlah for spam or phishing. We may rate-limit, remove content, or suspend accounts for suspected abuse.
8. Promotional communications
Promotional emails are optional and require a separate, affirmative choice. Accepting these Terms or using Kadlah does not subscribe you to marketing. If you opt in, we may send occasional news about Kadlah, new designs, product improvements, or offers. We may use email and communications providers to deliver these messages on our behalf. We will not send independent third-party promotions unless we give clear notice and obtain any consent required by law. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also turn promotional email off in your customer portal. Unsubscribing does not stop essential account, security, payment, or invitation-service messages.
9. Third-party services and availability
Supabase, Vercel, Resend, CHIP, Upstash, and other providers support hosting, storage, email, payments, and abuse controls. Their availability and terms may apply separately. We work to keep Kadlah reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service or preservation of every draft.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Kadlah is provided on an as available basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party actions, user content, or downtime. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will post the current version here or notify account holders of material changes. Malaysian law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers.
12. Contact
